[Resolved]  Croma — damaged rice cooker

we bought this rice cooker on 19 oct 2014. The rice got burned at my first cook itself, we have given it for repair. again the same problem continues. again we have given it to customer service. Still they are not replacing their product. I dont understand how the new one get into the repair section. what is the quality? please consider my issue and replace it.
