[Resolved]  Croma — Defective AC

Hi, Again this is my second time in this year and last three months. I have purchased a 1.5 ton Croma window AC last year in June. It turned out to be faulty this year in May it took me 15 days to get that repaired after chasing these guys on a daily basis. Now again the AC has developed a fault as its a manufacturing fault and the cooling coil needs to be changed. I registered a complaint their technician came after 5 days and then said the AC will be picked up and will be sent to repair center. Its been over a week but no one turned up. I used to call these guy on a daily basis the repair center manager and they say it'll be done today or tomorrow. I'm just fed up with them and its been over 10 days that my AC is not working. I am just raising this complaint to let croma knows that I'm going to take a legal action against Croma now. Also I'd recommend all of you who are reading this not to buy any Croma products as they are liars frauds and theifs. They just steal your money and give you faulty products.
