Dear Sir, I have Purchase a Croma Microwave Solo20L CRM2024. Invoice No. SLF02A[protected] dt 05.03.2011. I have got some issue on the product and I register a complaint (DEL260415FS00008) on dated 26/04/2015. Next day your engineer visit us and take the panel of product with him for repair without giving any receipt and confirm this issue will be resolve in next three days. I had make a call on your customer care no. [protected] on dated 02.05.2015 and there after many times. But every time I got the same answer our service engineer will contact you. but till date I have not receive any single call from your service department.
