Croma — delivery of croma DLED CREL7315 | |||
I have purchased a croma TV from the saket croma store my invoice no is SLF02A[protected] . The TV was to be delivered on sunday with the stand but there was no delivery made till we called up the call center of croma and the TV was delivered at 10 PM without the stand. The installation engineer came on Monday to install the TV but there was no stand sent and when we called the croma store they said there is no stand available. I had to cal the call center again for a resolution this is really absurd we had to cal the call center 4 times to get a simple TV delivery at a location which is 10 minutes away from Croma store. I would suggest no one to purchase any expensive goods from Croma Store awful experience. Was this information helpful? | |||
