[Resolved]  Croma — Faulty AC with repeated breakdown

I have been facing problem is ac breakdown since summer start. I purchased a split ac from Croma Pacific mall Ghaziabad in march 2013. I bought with 2 year manufacturer and 2 year extended paid warranty. Since march 2015 till date I have raised 6 complaint for ac. Everytime they ask for 3 days to come and take 1 week minimum. Hence my 3 month of summer have been wasted in raising complaint and then waiting for resolution. For croma team, they can refer my complaint with request number SR[protected] in their records and can call or mail me. Guys I was a regular customer to your store but now I am done with you and I swear I will never buy anything from your store. Either you replace this faulty ac or I offer you to pick this AC for free which is still under warranty along with 1000 rupees as cash for removing garbage( your product) from my home.
