[Resolved] Croma — Gift card | |||||
I had purchased tab from Croma Ghatkopar location in month of November 2015, on which I got gift card worth Rs. 1800. The card was to redeem on 5th Dec 2015, but when I visited the store on the same day, it was told to me that it got already redeemed and the value is zero. Informed the store manager how can it be redeemed as before 5th December the card was not active then how can it get redeemed before 5th Dec. Complaint logged in both the location Ghatkopar as well as Mulund branch. Both the branch managers have sent mail to Croma Head office, but no resolution till date. We are just told to come on every alternate days and end up wasting our time as need to repeat the same story again and again. Even after giving a written complaint to the branches, we are not getting even response on the same. Such pathetic response is spoiling the name of Tata organization Kindly look into it and awaiting for positive response and quick resolution Was this information helpful? | |||||
