Hello, I have exact same issue. August 12th is my order which failed(for no reason). Refund to credit card took 7 days and remaining amount which is a gift voucher is taking forever. I am so tired of calling customer care. No one has any clue why. No one calls back or communicates What is the process? Look at amazon or flipkart or even small vendors reversal is not a big deal.
