[Resolved] Croma — Hp printer 1510-croma demanding money for defective part which is under warranty | |||||
Hi, I purchased hp 1510 printer from croma indirapuram outlet in 2015, i opted fro extended warranty at that time. last month printer stopped working and i lodged a compalint with croma since the product was under warranty. after waiting for almost 1 month and sevral followups, the engineer finally visited my place, checked the part and said one part has to be replaced and demanded money from me, i told him it is under warranty but he insisted i pay else he cannot replace the part, finally he argued and left without repairing my printer. my service request number is sr[protected]. i have attached the bill receipt once again fro your reference How can croma cheat a customer like this when the product is under warranty? what is the meaning of warranty if i have to pay for the part? pls respond...
