[Resolved] Croma — I didnt get the REMOTE for LED VU TV which purchased in Chr oma chennai

Sir/Madam, I have purchased a LED 32. TV of VU brand. While delivery, i didnt get the REMOTE for the purchased TV item. I I have placed a complaint and the SR number is SR[protected]. I requested many times for the REMOTE. But they respond that they will deliver the REMOTE but they didnt deliver the REMOTE. I need the REMOTE else i return the TV. Please take the necessary steps for the same.
