I ordered a 5 Star LG Inverter AC from croma on 5th April. The product was delivered on 7th. The same day I called their customer support team that they have delivered incorrect 3 star AC. They responded that they will arrange a RVP and will than initiate the refund. Product was RVP on 9th of April. Since than I have called 100 times to their customer care, sent n number of emails, escalated to NODAL officer, mentioned on twitter... BUT no one is repsonding. Their warehouse team, delivery person, everyone is confirming RVP was done. But still they are not initiating the refund. Product costs around 38k rs.
