[Resolved] Croma — Non Repair of AC - Service request DEL060515FS00096 of 06 May 2015 | |
Sir,
I have two Croma 1.5 Ton ACs . Compressor of one of them switches ON for 2 minutes and then does not cool. I had booked the complaint on 06 May 15 as quoted in the subject line. Your service team has visited twice and say that the compressor needs to be taken to the service centre. No one has turned up to collect the AC or carry out on site repair.
I have been waiting since the last 20 days without the AC functioning.
When do you think my AC could be repaired????
I have always trusted TATA products and this time the reputed company has not come up to my expectations.
May I request an early repair of my AC in this hot weather.
