I bough a Braun Men's Shaver Cruz Z60/Z6 from Mumbai, Croma - Ghatkopar - R Mall, on 18/05/2014, With in one year the coil got damaged and asked for the replacement from Chennai Croma at Phoenix mall, they said it would be chargeable, i agreed and handed over my device with charger on 24th Aug 2015, They took 3 months to get it replaced, on 24 th Nov 2015 i got the device and some other charger which was not given by me and it was not in working condition. when i enquired the support staff kept saying the charger was same as i had given.. i asked him to verify the CCTV footage so that he can verify the same They kept the phone down and till now, no body is responding to my call and message.. I contacted the floor manager, but got reply saying, he is on leave.. CROMA staff stole my charger and gave me not working one.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
