Dear Sir,
Please note that I have purchased one Croma Basic LED TV from Amazon on 24-Dec-2022 @ Rs.7, 390/-. This was delivered on 26-Dec-2022 and installed on 28-Dec-2022. One 30-Dec-2022 I realized a black spot on the screen and immediately raised a complaint on your toll free number [protected].
The TV was inspected by your team on 31-Dec-2022 and replacement request was raised. On 07-Jan-2023 your engineer visited my house to dismantle the TV and completed the activity.
The time frame for your replacement is 7-10 days as per company policy, if you look at the time elapsed till now is already 12 days. Therefore, I requested your office to arrange for this product replacement with installation and pick up done in one visit, which was not agreed upon.
If you still agree to my proposal, I am ready to take the replacement, else, please arrange for my refund in the below account details, then you may have someone come down and take back the TV from my residence address given below.
