I had purchased a 49 inches UHD TV, model no. 49UB850T from Croma R-mall Ghatkopar on[protected] by paying Rs. 1, 22, 000.00. There is some problem with the set; while watching the screen goes blank but the audio is still on and no video. We have extended the warranty till[protected]. We have been complaining about the same with LG service centre since April 2015, and several times but all in vain. Once they have changed the mother board also but the problem still persists. I am attaching the details of the invoice and the complaint lodged to customer care LG for your information. I have been associated with Croma for last 10 years and we have purchased several electronics gazets and I also have full faith in TATAs, the way they treat the consumers.
