[Resolved] Croma — Rarely used vacuum cleaner caught fire | |||
I purchased Croma bag less 2l vacuum 1600w from city centre mall palm beach red Vashi Mumbai on 13/7/10 serial no: crv[protected] . We use only once in year. Yesterday I was trying to clean my sofa suddenly it caught fire. The fire was very severe and sudden that we were about to call fire brigade.. Some how we manage to control the fire. I have small daughter at home so i[censored] r instruments catches fire like this it's really dangerous for human . The instruments should help the human not to harm . sorry to mail but this is really high time, i made complaint from last 2 months abt vaccum cleaner which catched fire while cleaning.this is really rediculas that no one really took any action.this means you dont care for customer.this will be the last warning for you that take action as quick as possible
