[Resolved] Croma — Refrgirator Model No. CBAR2244 | |||
Sir, I have purchased refr.in Hyderabad Croma Retail Outlet on 02.07.2011 with two years manufacturing warranty and extended warranty i.e. it covers upto 01.07.2015. Three months back the ref. stopped cooling, i have booked complaint. Your service engineer Mr. Reddy, Hyderabad came and informed that the refg.has to be moved to service centre for repair and demanded to pay Rs.1000/- towards transportation charges. We have paid the same after 10 days the refg. came. After one month again the same problem. When i visited the service centre there is only change of small component in job card. Again another engineer came and collected Rs.250/- towards service charge and informed that as and when cooling is down turnoff and let it defrost and water drain from the refg. and start again. Every month the same problem. So, I request your kindly send a good engineer and check the refg. and solve the problem once for all. The worst sales after services... they will not maintain track of complaint nor check the date of purchase, warranty etc...
