[Resolved]  Croma — Regarding Croma washing machine - received old/ used and damaged product and no response from Croma support about repair / return

Regarding croma washing machine issue - service request no. C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], C[protected], others

I prefer to bring up this issue here as there is absolutely no response from the Croma support team. - [protected]@croma.com, grievance.[protected]@croma.com and nodal.[protected]@croma.com

The croma support and/or technician are not even responding to multiple service requests and just closing the repair requests. They are not calling back on my two listed mobile numbers and/ or via email - just refuse to accept their faulty product and schedule a technician visit
to repair the product or arrange a return and refund. Have complete email and audio recording proof of communication from croma support team.

So kindly facilitate and resolve this issue or provide me details to approach consumer court.

This issue was first reported to croma support on 24th September 2023.

Customer side history of issue -

When the Croma technician visited for product installation and opened the box, based on my visual inspection he was informed about the old/ used product and the pics were taken of this dirty product. He was told to not complete the installation, but there is no option on Croma website to return and refund such old/ used product that are shipped to customer.

This old/ used product was also defective and despite multiple service request being opened from 24th September 2023, the croma support team has not responded properly to address this issue.

I have the complete audio and email trail for this issue. At times the croma support team calls from unreachable phone no. [protected] and either gives a missed call or does not discuss this issue and cuts the call randomly.

The croma support and/or technician are not even responding to multiple service requests and just closing the repair requests. I can be reached at 98670 68xxx or 97693 30xxx, but prefer email communication to schedule the technician visit and also to have proof of communication from croma support team.
