Croma Retail — No Service | |||
Absolutely frustated and fed with services offered by Croma since the day I purchased Kent Grand RO water purifier on August 17, 2013 First installation got delayed by 2 weeks and now purifier has stopped working, just 3 months after purchase. I registered a complaint that purifier has stopped working on November 17, 2013 and today is 5th day and its not serviced. Croma Services are shameful and pathetic Was this information helpful? | |||

Highly disappointed today again. I called today your customer care today, and they bluntly lied that I got a call at 11.52 am from your end. Firstly you don’t even provide any service and now you have started lying.
Also your online complaint Croma portal is not working, so have updated both the complaints yesterday and today on your feedback portal
I would never purchase any product from Croma again. Won't recommend anyone to purchase either.

Dear Concerned.. A complaint related to Geyser not working launched on 21st May 2015 at 12:00 pm was not yet responded. Very poor service.. Need a proper escalation to the top authority to get things resolved.76%
