[Resolved] Croma Retail — Poor Extended Warranty Support by Croma Retail | |||
I never thought Croma owned by Tata would give such a pathetic customer service. I have purchased A videocon 6 KG Wasing machine in 4th Dec 2010 with 2+2 additional 2 years extra warranty. My washing machine is defective & inspite of chasing various Croma representatives(Toll free/Store at Bangalore etc) i am not able to get any damn response from you, Toll free says Invoice number is required & the same is not to be found in teh invocie provided at the time of purchase.The contact numebr given by us durign purchase was [protected] & the unit was purchased from Equinox, Koramangla, Bangalore . Its extremely disheartening that inspite of paying money for extended warranty the customer is being made to run pillar to post without any signs of even a response from Croma customer Service.Please let me know whats to be done to get my washine machine repaired? I have the choice of approaching consumer forum & please do not take customers for Granted. Was this information helpful? | |||
