Hi team,
I have brought a Eureka forbes vaccum cleaner from Croma. After three months I got a issue and called up Eureka forbes some one came and said motor is damaged and replaced the motor and gave me back. Now exactly after 6 months the same issue happened and wince brand warranty is over raised a request for extended warranty onsite warranty and they are mentioning that motor os not covered under warranty. Guys everyone please do not buy extended warranty from Croma it's purely a cheat. Even if motor is not covered under warranty for a vaccum cleaner then what is covered under warranty.
