BAN040414FS00028. The customer complaint was closed without resolving the issue. Complaint was about the AIRCONDITIONER NOT WORKING. THE PRODUCT IS UNDER WARRANTY TILL 17TH APRIL AND HAS TWO EXTRA YEARS OF WARRANTY PAID BY US.Croma Customer Care's response, Apr 28, 2020
