Croma — Useless service of croma, payment failed since 5 days on Croma.com

Hi,

I am a victim of your 3rd class service. Since last 5 days I am not able to make payments on Croma.com. Each time I am getting an error "Your transaction could not be completed." as soon as I click on the "Payment" button.
I have tried Almost 50+ times in the last 3 days.
I have one 500 INR croma voucher with the number "10013********773" which is going to expire on 30th June 2022. Just because of your useless service I would not be able to use my voucher.

I called customer care 6 times, everytime customer care said "try after sometime" . They are also like recorded robots.

I also complained on twitter but no response there also.
world's worst service I faced.

I sent mail to "[protected]@cromaretail.com,
grievance.[protected]@croma.com,
nodal.[protected]@croma.com,
[protected]@croma.com", but no response from them also
