Croma has the worst after sales service ever. I bought a VU led TV a few years back and also bought the extended warranty along with the TV. Now during the extended warranty term, the TV is giving trouble. As per VU technician, the TV needs to be changed and is covered under the extended warranty. VU and Croma do not have the same model in stock. So they are offering the lower credit value towards a new TV from them which is smaller in size. If I want something of the same size or similar, then I have to pay a large sum of money for a new TV even though the old one is under extended warranty. Horrible service by Croma. I registered the claim in July . claim number 176605. The Croma customer, VU team and Croma extended warranty desk have been passing my call around without a proper and acceptable solution for the past two month.
