My washing machine gives some problem. I lodged a complaint with the customer care on 17.5.16 (SR [protected]). No service person visited our house. On 19.5.2016, I again lodged a complaint (DEL190516FS00016). Again, nobody visited our house within the time as told by the call centre people. I lodged a complain again on 24.5.2016 as nobody turned up. Till this time nobody has visited our house though the service engineer was to visit by the morning today.
