Your Service team took 25 days and now you going to take more time, all these time taken was not to give solution but foe just follow up. If yoi people are taking a month time just to follow up how much more time you gonna take to fix it?
Reallu BAD service, they dont care of their customers at all. what else can be done to get a solution?

The update I got on 26th from your service team was that my complaint will be resolved on[protected] which didnt happen and now the new updatw from you is this. So by[protected] I expect another update that my complaint will be resolved on[protected] and this is goin to continue for another month and so on. Keep up the good service that you provide to your customers. Hats off to your service.
