[Resolved]  Croma — Product returned but no refund yet

Had purchased a Symphony Hicool Smarti cooler from croma(Pune Solapur road, wanowrie branch) worth RS.9395.50 on 26/4/2016. But from the first use onwards it was blowing out hot air.The cooling system was not working. Hence the next day itself had to visit the croma store again n requested them to replace or refund my amount back.On which they agreed and gave me a refund receipt and informed me that I would receive my payment within the next seven working days since I had made the payment through debit card.
Today it's the 15th day n haven't yet received my payment.Got a call from your finance department saying that will receive the payment by 12-13 may.So today is 13 th of may n where is my payment CROMA???????? Is this your customer service??????
Your mission itself says you help us buy...and what after that????? Don't you think refunding the customer money is also your duty and responsibility.or only it's just sell products.
Croma I want my money back as soon as possible, am tired of running back of you people.All I have received is a mental torture by purchasing a product from you.

Have received my amount, thank you
MY AC IS not working due to the fault in fan motor. Complaint is raised since 18th of APRIL but CROMA service is not able to fix it even now. No clear answer so far. Service engg do not pick up the phone and customer care always give a 24 hr time to respond but no one responded so far.
