Crossbeats — I'm compiling about no replacement of the product and bad customer support

I have purchased smartwatch from Crossbeats in 2020. Somehow watch glass has been broken and watch in out of warranty.
So I mailed to Crossbeats Support team for replacement of the glass. Then they asked for short video of the product and I shared.
Later on they asked to ship the product to them and I did.
After some time they replied that my watch IC chip has been damaged. But how's that possible I shared video of the watch before shipment in working condition after that I shipped watch.
After multiple mails they were not explained that.
And after some time they asked me to pay for the replacement of the damaged part. So I replied back that I'll pay for that.
But then they mailed that "we don't repair products".
If they are selling something and not repairing after damage then how to repair the product.
In every mail they are creating new things which are not even related to my issue (like Hindi serials).

Please help me in this matter.
