I contacted with customer care and received an email by Crossbeat Team. They ask me to return the product so they can review and return the new one. Hence I returned the product by Indian Post to the provided address. After 2 days product delivered and received successfully. After than I emailed many times to them but after 1-2 months there is no reply from them. They are doing fraud of 5000 worthy watch. I need my product.
