I have purchased ignite 5S smartwatch of crossbeats brand on 13/4/23 and received on 16/4/23, on the very same day i used it its battery was draining very fastly same i night had charged it to 100% but in morning it reached to 50% as their commitment was 5-7 days . I was very disappointed with its battery performance, than i mailed my problem on 17/4/2023 to company's help desk they generated a ticket no 162305 and instruct to follow some points to resolve the issue but all in vain problem was still there, than again i mailed to company, they again generate the ticket 162348 on same day. i again mail my compalint on 19/4/23 and 21/4/23 again generate the ticket 162569 but neither they replace nor refund my money till now . so kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible.
