I ordered the Smartwatch from Crossbeats company on 03/07/2022 and receiving the product the paired with my android phone and with in few seconds the Bluetooth gets disconnected. And this disconnection is happening again and again, I have raised a complaint and sent a mail to [protected]@crossbeats.com, and they asked me to send a video in mp4 format and i have sent the videos below 20mb and past 1 month there is no response from them. And upon several mails and calls to the crossbeats no response from them.
There is no separate call center for technical support and they deal only with mails and reply mails take months Was this information helpful? |
