Crossing Republik, Ghaziabad — Poor Maintainance with high maintenance charges

Pathetic maintainance as there are thousand issues. Let me count couple of them:
1. everyday there is water issue, everytime call the maintenance to recall them that there is no water they they start giving n number of excuses eg:- there is light issue, wall issue, person is not available etc. etc
2. As rain start water logging start in society premises & basement looks like swimming pool
3. Basement is full of rats due to which the residents have to face challange with their vehicle as the rats cut the wires
4. Basements pillers are completely blank as they can fall anytime and n number of issues are there
5. Lifts are not working most of the time
6. No cameras are there in lifts expect the tower which belong to this Aoa head
Kindly someone audit this society to have a look
They are charging high maintenance charges from the residents and horrible service we are getting.
