Crossroads — service on wheels - refund of 2500/- not received

Chronology of events:

November 2016:
I registered for crossroads "service on wheels" paying an amount of 2500/- with a commitment given by company that the doorstep service would be provided (With 19 items served) on 26th december 2016.
No one came up on this date and was provided with another date (11th january 2017).

11th january 2017:
Sent a mail to "[protected]@crossroadshelpline.com" and asked for process of cancellation of the "service on wheel" registration.

12th jan 2017:
1. Mechanic visited but offered only 4 items instead of 19 items. A) engine oil change b). Air filter change 3) fuel filter change 4) body washing form nearest service station. I decided to cancel the service request.
2. Sent a mail raising a request to cancel the "service on wheel" subscription and asked for refund of 2500/-
3. Received reply on same day asking for the payment details and the delivery address. It was informed to me that the refund process would take 45 days.
4. Sent the required details in the same day.

23rd feb 2017:
Called the service centre and asked for the status of the refund. Received the reply on mail the the request is under process.

Called several times to get the status of the refund request but no promised date was given.

6th april 2017:
Called customer care and asked about the status, they gave me a date (20th april) for refund cheque.
Sent another mail to "[protected]@crossroadshelpline.com" depicting the above commitment provided by customer care.

No action taken, no replies on mail, no acknowledgement received. A total ignorance toward customer was shown.

Stopped following up for long.

23rd march 2018: sent a mail asking for the refund of 2500/-

Refund not received yet.

I am attaching the membership card for the reference.
Kindly let me know in case any proof of interaction with customer care is required
