[Resolved]  crystalmirageonline — Order not delivered

I have placed an order for Dagdusheth Crystal Cube from "http://www.crystalmirageonline.net/web/frontendmain.php/home" on 1st Sep but didn't received any communication after this. Also there is no option on their website to track the shipment or to view order status. I have also sent them several emails however there was no response. Please let me know how to deal with this.
