CSJM University Kanpur — Father's name is not correct in migration certificate

Sir my name is vivek Singh.my father's name is Dharmendra Singh Rathaur in all documents (marksheet).I have apply for migration certificate in university portal but my father's name is only Dharmendra Singh is printed on certificate.i have to contact many times in university but nobody rasolved my problem.
