As the parcel was booked from madurai to bangalore on 19th feb, but still we have not received parcel, past 3 days we are following and spent 3, 1/2days in srs office.

Madurai srs team

As per madurai srs team they dispatched parcel on 19th through ka g01ag4337 by bus.

But still parcel is not traceable. This parcel is contain surgery items. We need it for emergency surgery in apollo hospital. Do the needful on priority.
We are fed up of srs team irresponsible answers.
