Made 2 payments each for Rs. 1525.35 from SBI credit card xxxx9774 on 10-12-14 total amount being Rs.3050.70. Received 2 SMS confirming transaction at MOPSOTHCRDRCARD on the same day.
Today the 18-12-14 I received an SMS that "The amount of Rs.1525.35 has been credited to your SBI Card XXXX9774 O9N 16-12-14. This is as per request for cancellation of the transaction dated 13-12-14 for Rs 1525.35."
Firstly, I didn't make any request for cancellation. Secondly, I made two payments for me and my wife as passport fees. The SMS mentions cancellation of only Rs 1525.35..But the record shows failed payment for both.
Our appointment is fixed on[protected].
