I had ordered a mobile cover for i-phone 6S in june. the order id for the same is CYN126127. When I received the cover, it was in bad shape and was not worth using. I asked cyankart.com for refund of my amount thet i paid for the same but they refused by saying that they can provide coupon for the same price. I am not interested in buying anything else from the website and hence i asked them to refund the amount again. they said they don't refund the amount and provide the coupon as it is their company policy. when i checked by myself, there is no such company policy mentioned on their website and i mailed them again. after that they are not replying to my mails. it's been a week now. There is no contact number provided on their website to contact them only the mail id is provided.
