Cyankart — Phone case

My order number is CYN132512.I ordered a case from them and it did not match the picture on the website. The product was dull compared to the picture on the website and I was not happy with it. I called them a bunch of times but there is something wrong with their line so instead I sent them a mail. They replied to my mail and I spoke to the customer service and they agreed to exchanging the product with another phone case of my choice and also refunding the courier charges. I sent them a mail with the picture of the phone case i want on the 26th of august and I have still not received it. They have given me a direct number through which I spoke to someone who told me that my phone case is being sent and I asked for the courier charges to be refunded, so she sent me a link in which I filled in my bank details and sent it back at the end of august. Even after sending the link I got a mail of the cyankart giftcard which I specifically told them I am not interested in. From the past few days I have been trying to call them on the direct number and they are not answering. I even sent them a mail and I haven't gotten a reply yet.
