Cyankart — Very bad and cheap quality of T-shirt

I had ordered a red Deadpool T-shirt, which had Deadpool in a jet black coloured print. What I got was a dull and dark maroon colour t-shirt with a grey deadpool. The t-shirt's quality is very bad and is totally not worth what I paid. I wanted to return it but till now the status on the website shows that the payment is pending. I had called 4 times and nobody ever picks up. The machine says that my number has been recorded and they will call back, but that too doesn't happen.

What should i do? If 14 days get over I will have to keep that worthless t-shirt which I won't wear ever!
