I hope this message reaches you. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding a recent issue with the D2H connection.
During the setup box installation, your vendor, Mr. Pawan Narrotam Patil, informed us that YouTube and other OTT platforms would work on our WiFi, even if the TV recharge wasn't active. We relied on this information.
However, it has now been over a month since our TV recharge expired, and we find that the promised OTT services are not accessible through our WiFi. When I contacted Mr. Patil, he informed us that we need to pay an additional ₹153 to access OTT apps through our WiFi.
This situation is deeply troubling, as it appears that we were provided with misleading information during the installation process. We feel that we were not given accurate details, and it is unfair to ask us to pay extra for services that were initially promised.
I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. It is essential that customer trust is maintained, and we hope for a resolution that aligns with the information provided during installation.
Your prompt action in addressing this issue will be greatly appreciated.
