I am using Tata Sky since more than 10 years and my subscriber id is [protected], in Aug 2021 i have given request of relocation of Tata sky from one room to another room in the same premises, customer executive had told me that i will be charged for relocation, i agreed to it, i have moved only one box from one room to another room but i have been charged for relocation of 2 boxes i have raised complaint multiple times but i have not got any resolution from tata sky d2h i am really disappointed with this kind of server, request you to please look into this matter.
