i had order placed under prepaid mode dtd 13/2/15 order nos[protected] & [protected], the items not shipped today evening 20/2/15.i had contact 1 day ago d2hshop cust care, they told me send those item soon, but not despatched.pls solve the problem. Updated by sarafudheenvt I had talk to d2hshop.com cust care today.he said me to give last chance, d2hshop will send prescribed items within next 36 hour .so i please be request either my products shipped or refund full money.Please arrange . Updated by sarafudheenvt d2hShop.com cust care had contact me through email 3 days ago.they stated this email shall solve my complaint soon, will dispatch the prepaid products within 3 days soon, but not shipped today morning. I will be contacting today to know for their final decision of my case.

Updated by sarafudheenvt Hello sir, i had contacted d2hshop cust care complaint section on 28/2/15, the senior said me it will be deliverd within 3 days. But that is processing mode in d2hshop.com. That is not shipped me till today 3/3/15. It is fatal mistake from the part of d2hshop.com. No refund, no delivery . My order nos [protected] & [protected] dtd 13/2/15. It is before 21 days . I am prepairing legal action against d2hshop.com. Pls forward it d2hshop.com.
