I ordered a pair of Shoes from D2Hshop.com via Telephone on 3rd March 2015. I received my order on 7th March 2015. My order contained LGX Sports Shoes Combo sized 7, but after receiving the order I found out that the shoes didn't fit me hence I requested the customer care executive to exchange my order with a bigger sized shoe. But the customer care executive flatly refused my request saying "They can't exchange my shoe having size 7 with the same shoe of size 9." I have been trying to contact the customer care for the past 5 days and had tried to convince them numerous times but have failed everytime.
