[Resolved] Daikin Air Conditioners / Daikinindia.com — 1.50 ton split a. c not attending breakdown from 2 days | |||
Respected sir For your kind information i purchased a 1.50 split a. C. W/o kit as on dated[protected] from kumar electronics narela delhi 110040 in which i found that from the date of purchase to till now no any your representative contact us to do service and when i faced the problem as on dated[protected] i registered a complaint about breakdown and no cooling vide service request no:- del[protected] as on dated[protected] at 10.00 a. M. On urgent basis than your customer care representative he told me that within 4 hours your engineer solve the problem but your engineer don't contact me within 4 hours than i my self called the engineer whose contact no is [protected] and i said him all the problem gas leaking and no cooling problem in a. C he told me that he will solve the problem till yesterday evening after that at evening when i called him he refused to attend the problem yesterday by telling me that he will come today about 11.00 am. And assured me that if gas leaked than he will put the gas immediately as he told me that he come today at 11.00 am. Along with gas kit but today when i called him he again refused me about gas putting and told me that he will come today evening. So your engineer making me fool by telling me lie again and again and he don't attend the complaint till now, so this is not a good thing for your company it effects the reputation of the company, so i am totally depressed with behavior of your company and your representative. So if your company don't take any action immediately without fail against the same than i will take a legal action against your company and your engineer also immediately and your company will be liable to pay any kind of expenses related to the same.
