First of all i want to start by writing you don’t give any importance to customer service to your customers, i made a complaint regarding mr. Jagjit singh [protected] your beloved service engineer from amritsar in april but received no feedback from your side. My original complaint number was ixc[protected]
After wasting by 6 days that time i was told that internal pipe has a leakage. I told him i will be out of india for a month once i am back i will get my ac relocated on a different wall and what ever the charges are i will pay you.
I could have got this work done from outside also but instead i put my fate in trusted hands of daikin service center from which i was thoroughly disappointed.
I called him up on 6th june 2016 morning to set up a time with him to relocate he said today there is off due to strike and tomm tuesday all the guys are busy due to lot of complaints i will visit on wednesday 8th june and get it done.
After probably calling him 10 times on wednesday he visited my place in evening to discuss the relocation on different wall. After 5 mins of discussion he said i don’t have any team or set up to make new pipes from walls you get it done yourself i will just put the ac on wall. After getting the call from the dealer from where i had purchased he said its fine i will send my person tomorrow to stand pressure in new pipes and friday the unit will be relocated.
Around 20 calls were made to him on thursday no body showed up, after another 30 calls on friday at 6.40 pm in evening the person came to stand pressure and told me will come in morning to check do rest of the work
I called this [protected]@[protected]@ today saturday 11/06/2016 around 10.30 to ask what time will he come so i can plan my day accordingly he said he is in a meeting will call back in 10 mins which never happened. From 11.30 to 12.45 i called him around 20 times never took my call, just kept rejecting it and even sometimes it was in call waiting did not returned or back called.
He shows up at my place around 3 pm, i thought he team must be coming to do the work but he says i don’t have any guys free today it will be done on monday. I was soo furious felt like slamming his face in the wall. I just told him to get out of my house i will get it done privately from somewhere you have already wasted my one week cant trust you more.
Please let me know what is my fault in this …. That i only bought a daikin ac to make me feel comfortable in but i have to sleep and bear the summer heat just because your service center don’t have adulate resources to help out customers.
I cant tell you how disappointed i am with his service, i just want his service agreement to be cancelled as he does not deserved to be part of the daikin family as he does not understand i single word of customer satisfaction. I have 9 units installed at my place but i don’t think so after this incident i will be going for daikin or recommending it to anyone.
I just want justice for all the frustration that i have suffered due to him and really hope any one in the senior management can take some action.
