[Resolved] Dainik Jagran — Closer of demat account and refunds | |||
I bought products from INA Ramdev store on 5th December. The shopkeeper swiped my card and made transaction but he didn't receive his payment but the amount was deducted from my Axis card. When I asked, he said that the amount will be refunded within 48 hours but it’s been 16 days and I still have not received my money. Then I made payment with my SBI card. Now, my second concern is my Demat account. I work at Dainik Jagran. I opened my account on 25 February 2015 in Axis bank, which was opened by your people as my salary account. At the time of account opening, I wasn’t informed about Demat account and neither did I ask for it but I money has been deducted per year. I’m SICK AND TIRED of you people beating arounf the bush whenever I try to seek any help from you. I processed request for Demat account closure for so many time but got not help. I WANT BOTH MY ISSUES RESOLVED OR I WILL ESCALATE THIS CASE. I WANT THE DEMAT ACCOUNT CLOSED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK. THIS IS HOW YOU SERVE YOUR PATRONS? TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
