Dear Sir,

Each month since May – June 2021, We have been paying extra amounts of the bills under Monthly Paying UJALA Fans EMI not purchased without any reference number, whenever we ask the officers they ask us to write a complain but, none of the complains with the reference numbers were attended. We already paid Rs.325.17/- till the last bill
