Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company [Dgvcl] — Demanding Additional Security Deposit more than recoverable amount

Dear Sir,

Myself Premkumar Naresh Shah and my consumer number is [protected](Bamroli Sub Division Office). I have applied for transfer of name from "KESIDEVI BAGDARAM PATEL" to "PREMKUMAR NARESH SHAH" along with attested copy of sale deed. In this it is clearly mentioned that they are going to transfer the property in the name of Premkumar Naresh Shah along with gas connection and electricity connection. And as per new quotation of DGVCL Security deposit amount is Rs.1, 675/- So recoverable Additional Security Deposit amount should be Rs.428/- [Rs.1, 675(New Security Deposit) - Rs.1, 247(Previous Security Deposit) = Rs.428/-] as per my knowledge.
But in Bamroli sub division office "Mr. D Y Khalasi" is demanding Rs.1, 675/- as Additional Security Deposit amount. Kindly look into the matter and guide me accordingly what would be the additional security deposit amount along with reference of circular of DGVCL for my better knowledge.
