Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam — Change of name of electric meter, frequent power cuts in J block, dlf phase 2

We were trying to get the name of electric meter changed but the documents which were asked were not even mentioned on their own website.
These guys asked us to give a declaration that any pending charges arising from last 3 years will be paid by us.

We have moved to the floor only 3 months ago. This is in addition to the NOC required by the previous owner despite us uploading a copy of sale deed

Very frequent power cuts in dlf phase 2 irrespective of time of the day. No action taken on several complaints.
