I think there's no use of complaining. Everyone out there is just there for money. This is so embarassing that i've to complaint more than 4 times in a week but then also there's no-one which can understand our problem and resolve it. At night after 9 there is barely some voltage by which we can not even operate a single fan with full speed.gov. Promise for our welfare and will support us but wht happens whn ee actly want support. Where can i file this complaint so that a higher authority may read and take action plz i[censored] can help us plz do so. From dabua colony
